Ajala Legacy Forum Publishing House
Ajala Legacy Forum Publishing House was founded to preserve, explore, and expand the extraordinary legacy of Moshood Adisa Olabisi Ajala—the legendary globetrotter, journalist, and cultural figure who traveled the world long before global mobility became commonplace.
Olabisi Ajala’s life was defined by movement, curiosity, and fearless storytelling. From his early journeys through Africa and America to his encounters with political leaders, journalists, and artists across continents, he embodied the power of travel, voice, and global connection. His acclaimed book An African Abroad captured a world in transition and continues to inspire new generations of readers and writers.
The publishing house was established by his daughter, Aurora Mizutani—independent investigative journalist, author, publisher, and founder of the Ajala Legacy Forum. Born in Nigeria and raised across Italy, the United Kingdom, and Japan, Aurora’s life has echoed her father’s global path while forging a voice entirely her own. Her international education includes studies at London Metropolitan University and Kansai Gaidai University, and her work bridges journalism, memoir, historical research, and independent publishing.
Aurora’s publications span memoir, investigative writing, travel, and cultural commentary. Her works include the memoir An African Abroad: The Memoirs of La Mora Data, children’s literature, travel writing, and a growing body of investigative research examining Cold War cultural networks and historical narratives. Her most recent research and publications—including Olabisi Ajala: CIA & MI6 Files Classified // Eyes Only // Case: AJALA–1950–1970—reflect an ongoing commitment to archival research, historical inquiry, and academic engagement.
Ajala Legacy Forum Publishing House exists as a platform for bold, independent voices—authors, journalists, scholars, and storytellers who seek to question official narratives, preserve overlooked histories, and explore global identity across borders. The imprint supports emerging writers while continuing the mission that defined Olabisi Ajala’s life: to travel beyond borders, intellectually and geographically.
At its heart, the publishing house is both a tribute and a continuation—honoring a remarkable legacy while building a space where new stories, new research, and new perspectives can thrive.
